Our process begins with learning about your lifestyle, budget, and your family’s needs for a home. Building the home of your dreams goes far beyond architecturally designed plans and interior home design; it takes careful planning. As custom builders, we follow an effective progression for the build of your home which includes evaluating a lot’s potential for the building of your home. Not all lots are the same and there may be hidden problems or challenges. We recommend we identify the lot together, then hire an architect to design your house plans. When following the proper progression, you will find that in the end, the build process is usually faster, smoother and less expensive for you with a custom home builder.
We keep you involved in the building process making you aware of what to expect at each stage of the process - and especially what choices you’ll need to make and when. If you have hired an interior designer, we suggest they be involved in the process.
During the build, our coordinator will help you with all your selections, allowance budgeting and the quality control of the finish vendors. You will review and approve final plan changes, budgeting, preliminary selections, drafting and specification development. You can expect weekly updates, progress photos and direct involvement from us. It is our goal to exceed your expectations.
